PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL
Before your stay and after check-out, your room will receive a deep cleaning with an anti-viral and anti-bacterial detergent. Careful attention will be given to disinfecting frequently touched areas, such as door handles, the telephone receiver and dial pad, the remote control, chair and chair handles, table, toilet handle, toilet seat, sink and shower faucets, clothes iron, safety deposit box and light switches / room controls.
Throw pillows, extra pillows, extra blankets and bed spreads have been removed from the Guest Room. Should you wish to receive additional pillows or blankets, simply dial Housekeeping and the items will be delivered individually wrapped to your door.
AC ducts, filters and grills are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
LINEN & TOWELS
Bed linen and bathroom towels are washed to hospital grade. They are transported throughout the hotel in dedicated containers so as to reduce any potential for contamination.
DURING YOUR STAY
HOUSEKEEPING TURNDOWN SERVICE
Normally, our Housekeeping Colleauges will enter your room once or twice a day to make your bed. We've temporarily diverged from our normal procedure to ensure minimal contact with others during your stay. Turndown service will be available upon request -- simply contact Housekeeping or the Operator before 5pm.
All Housekeeping Colleagues wear masks and gloves at all times. Gloves will be changed when contaminated or every 2 hours. Masks will be changed when contaminated or every 8 hours. The team is well-trained on how to use PPE. A fresh set of shoe covers are worn when a Guest room is entered.
We are expanding our complementary offering to you. In addition to our norm, which includes luxurious and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more, we will be providing two pairs of gloves, two face masks, and a mini bottle of hand disinfectant.
SAFER @ SAFIR SEAL
When your room has been thoroughly disinfected, we will place the SAFER @ SAFIR seal on the outside of the door. This signifies that your room has not been entered by anyone except yourself since it was cleaned. Our Housekeeping Colleagues disinfect the door handles during the housekeeping procedure, before room delivery and after check-out.
