Airport Transport/Valet Parking

SELF PARKING

Safir has implemented Self Parking to safeguard Guests and to provide a contactless experience. A designated area will be provided to Self Parking Guests.

CAR DISINFECTION

Every car and car key is disinfected by UV Wand and Disinfection Aerosol on arrival and departure (if required). Steering wheel covers are used by drivers and disinfectants are kept at every valet desk.

DRIVER'S PPE

Gloves will be changed every 2 hours or when contaminated. Masks will be changed every 8 hours or when contaminated.


Hotel Entrance

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

All Guests must undergo a mandatory temperature check (Thermal Camera or Detection Portal) at the hotel entrance before being allowed to enter. Guests with temperatures higher than 38 degrees Celsius are taken to a dedicated room to be further checked by a nurse.

LUGGAGE DISINFECTION

To ensure the safety of both Guests and Safir Colleauges, Guest luggage will be disinfected and cleaned by a machine before being scanned at the Concierge Scanning Area.

DOOR OPENING

At hotel entrances where automatic motion-detector-operated doors are unavailable, a Safir Colleague outfitted in PPE is available to open doors for Guests.

SURFACE DISINFECTION

Dedicated Housekeeping Cleaners disinfect door handles, surfaces and buttons every 2 hours with anti-virus & anti-bacterial spray.


Front Desk

DISINFECTION STATION

A Disinfection Station is present at the Front Desk for Guest use. The station dispenses masks and gloves and features a disposal bin.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MARKERS

Markers placed 2 meters apart are pasted on the floor to provide guidance and instruction in order to maintain the safety and hygiene of all.

COLLEAGUE PPE

All Colleagues wear masks and gloves at all times. Gloves will be changed when contaminated or every 2 hours. Masks will be changed when contaminated or every 8 hours. The Safir Team is well-trained on how to use PPE.

DISINFECTION OF ITEMS

Room keys are disinfected with UV wand before being given to Guests. Used pens are disinfected and covered with plastic. POS Machines and other equipment are disinfected before and after use. ATM is disinfected every 2 hours and a Disinfection Station will be placed beside the machine.


ELEVATORS

ELEVATOR GUIDELINES

Safety instructions are placed outside the elevator, limiting the number of Guests as per the safety guidelines. Elevator floors are marked to ensure that Guests do not face each other.

DISINFECTION

Buttons inside and outside the elevator along with floor and other areas are disinfected by Housekeeping every 2 hours. Hand disinfectant dispensers are installed outside elevators on every floor.
